Jason Ocampo explains why Sid Meier's Pirates! is a great game. He'll tell us how it has lived up to its namesake, which was released back in 1987 on the Commodore 64.
i remember playin it on my Sega ....on the psp when it was out...what can i say - i dont think there is any better pirate game

I like this game, it's ok. I'm playing it right now. I only wish the game was more in depth though. Trading, and the Economy part of it is very simplistic and pointless. I like playing Uncharted Waters because those games were more in-depth. You could do so much more. It's still a descent game though, just wish it had a little more to it then just going around sacking ships to keep your crew happy.
The only pirate game out there thats worth its weight in sea salt, yarrrrrgh maties!
