Error Downloading The New Song's At The Singstore?

Me and my roommate both have a PS3, the most recent song's that released on the update are not available to download on his PS3, but it does on mine. We are of the same US Region. The song in question is Dido's - Here With Me. Anyone else have this problem? And if so, how do we fix it. Thank you.
