How do you use the police protection pack?

So I've got the "G.S.P", "Shaolin Showdown", and "Police Protection Pack" the Former two work the latter only has the one high speed chase mission, and the swat outfit, and swat cruiser so far can't be used, is it a glitch or?

Yeah i knew about the mission, but was hoping to use the bad*ss swat uniform and cruiser outside the mission, wasn't to fussed with assault rifle but wanted the car at least, so that's kind of lame but thanks anyway

There is a mission (look for a yellow shield on the map) called High Speed.

I'm wondering the same thing. I only have the Police Protection Pack. I want to use the Swat Cruiser. This pack also has a Swat Assault Rifle.

What falcon said also it can only be used during the mission
but the mission is also good for making money you can get 15000 every time and its only about 2 mins and very easy
