Will the game feature full Cantonese audio with English subtitles?

The audio is mostly english with cantonese dialogue casually slipped in with english subtitles

According to gameplay videos the characters all speak their own language. So most of the characters speak Cantonese but foreign characters speak other languages. The main character is native to Hong Konh but lived in the US for some time, so he speaks both english as Cantonese.
