Here are some things I would love for Rebellion to patch in this game.

    1. Grenade blast radius. Holy crap. These grenades are the most worthless things Ive ever seen in a shooter. Ive thrown 500 grenades and have 95 kills. For a guy who uses grenades religiously, this is an abomination.

    2. Patch the secondary weapons and make them as accurate as they should be. We already get point deductions for using them, but in areas where they are needed to survive (Bombing run on HQ for instance), they need to actually work.

3.Put checkpoints in Bombing Run. That is just too much time to put into a mission to get cheesed out of it with a terrible spawning of enemies right at the end and get killed. Overwatch has checkpoints, and Overwatch is by far the easier of the two modes to complete. If something as easy as Overwatch gets checkpoints, then Bombing Run definately needs them.

There are a lot of things Id love to see changed, but I think these are the aspects that could easily be fixed with a patch.

    4. Spawning enemies from out of nowhere can result in you being spotted and thus screws you up if you're using stealth.

I've had this happen a few times and its annoying, it needs patching.

    1. They are fine ...they are more for clearing rooms than attacking in the open.

    2. burst fire.

    3. to be honest, checkpoints need to be removed from Overwatch, but they do not need to be added to Bombing Run.

    4. you can usually hear them well before you see them.

Each thing you list is either not needed or is far from gamebreaking. From the sounds of things, you basically want Rebellion to hold your hand while play as well.

Er, no. The other points, eh maybe, but the last? You cannot hear an enemy if they aren't there. Enemies spawn after you pass certain points and the game pretends they were already there. It completely ruins stealth and discourages cautious play.

I understand that, but you can generally hear them running up on your position long before they get there.

Just go slow and keep your eyes peeled. The trick is to find the other snipers before they see you. I love doing that. If you want to Run-and-Gun this is the wrong game for you. I make a kill and slip away and wait. Then go back in and get another one. I whittle them down to the point that the last guy has stopped yelling and he's just wandering around.

This game is not hard, stop complaining about stupid stuff. A real life sniper does not run around with a tommy gun blasting enemies.

    Checkpoints are for pansies.
Grenades are suppose to have a small radius if you throw them in the middle of a road,
Listen for enemy footsteps and conversations(put subtitles on), also dont just hold the fire button down with an SMG, you will waste ammo and hit nothing.

Your not invincible like you are in COD, have patience with this game and make sure there are no more enemies before you move up.

was this meant to be ironic?

While I disagree with most of the ideas in this thread. even trying to say that enemies don't spawn is just plain ignorant or wrong.

For example, go to the mission where you need to save the German. When you clear the plaza and exit to go to your perch, three snipers appear. How do I know this? I died the first time after scanning the area for two minutes with my binocs before going outside and being shot. I reloaded after they sniped me and, behold, the snipers weren't there until I walked outside again. I reloaded one final time to see if there were there and could not find them for a third time until I passed an invisible barrier.

This has also happened more times in other missions but I don't want to ramble.

Conclusion, enemies spawn. It is a terrible feature for a sniping, stealth game and one that should have not made it into the final product.

If you're using grenades religiously u shouldn't play the game. It's called Sniper Elite. U want grenade kills? Shoot them off the enemy like a sniper. U should rarely be close enough to an enemy to throw a grenade anyway.
On the other hand I get the frustration over the spawning enemies, and a little bit about secondary accuracy. But there shouldn't be checkpoints in any Challenge, or else where is the challenge?
