Sonic rush is the first sonic game for the DS. It is the best out of the other 2 sonic games for the DS (Sonic colors, Sonic rush adventure).

The game has 2 playable Characters Sonic and Blaze. Each has a different story that cross into each other from time to time. The order of the levels are different as well.

The game is a 2D side scroller with a few 3D parts as you play throe the game. The 2 screens will change depending ware your running in the game. While in the air you are able to do tricks to fill up your boost meter that will allow you to Boost your running. Sonic and Blaze both have this ability. The spin dash and rolling are available witch allows you to have a small rolling boost.

All of the abilities are a joy to use and don't make the game get.............to repetitive at times.The Gameplay is fast fast paste with a lot of good platforming and music that will keep you playing for weeks.

Blaze collects 7 Soul Emeralds as you play throw the story, and as for Sonic you have to complete special stages (I'll let you figure out how)and you get a Chaos emerald. If you collect all Chaos and soul Emeralds you will unlock a new ending.

Sonic Rush is the Grate 2D Sonic game and I recommend it to anyone.
