Where can you get a 69th medal?

well i have finish it with less medals,but ya i think the only way is to have an S-rank at each mision,i dont see an other way beside the secret mosions. :P

Tha'ts not it. You have to unlock one of the secret missions that is gotten by collecting a certain number of items. How many I dunno, but it happened to me when I got stuck at 68. I started over and found myself collecting more items than I did the first time and I ended up with a lot more missions than last time. You just need the patience to find every item. Oh, and for those who got the strategy guide, there are sections of the book that are misprinted in terms of what items are found where. Also, the book doesn't tell you how to get EVERY item in the game as I found a few items the book didn't tell me how to get or had listed.

I'm in the exact same posistion as you are. but i have the wii version. actually though i have every item on both of my files and i'm still missing missions.......

I got my 69th moon emblem from the Chun-nan special mission Time Attack with the Dragon road in it. After i went into some stages where i forgot to collect some secret items for example apotos and holoska it just automatically appeared and i finished my last emblem. The stage actually has a dragon road in it, very cool stage but short tho. So the answer is just keep collecting and searchin for secret item capsules and eventually the mission will become available.

Getting all S-Rank does nothing at all. You have to find more of the hidden iteams in the levels.
