Hey all. I've played the demo for several days now and I'm having a blast with this game !
Only trouble is, there are some things I still don't really understand.
- What happens to sacrificed companions ? I sacrificed the first NPC (Alceena) and now I can't bring her to a mission, there's a red symbol over her. I haven't found a way to spend Libram tears to bring her back.
- Is there any way to "repair" a spell after you've used it up in a mission, WHILE on the mission ? I think it's not possible and it's so you have to manage your spell uses, but I want to be sure...
- What is the meaning of the red outer ring on some spells ? I think I have two like that, the blood spell, and the one where you morph into a ball (kinda like Jack O' Lantern)
Thanks

For companions, if I remember correctly, pressing triangle over an unusable one will allow you to restore it? Not sure. It only happened once, and I've forgotten, sorry.
There's no way to fix a broken spell in combat. You need to restore it's uses before it breaks through either sacrifices or finding offerings on the field via Mind's Eye.
The ring indicates how high level the magic is. Discarded Soldier's Fire Rock is a higher level version of Iwamushi's Shell. There are two blood spells, and one of them is stronger than the other.

Yeah, surely enough I found the way to resurrect NPCs with Libram tears right after my post -_-
Thanks for your answers. Oh, and while I'm a it, thanks for your video review, it's what made me try out the demo in the first place
