- Jan 23, 2013 1:12 pm GMTBecause opinions are awesome, no?
Patroklos: I like how he's a smug d-bag that berates his foe when he wins and how his moveset combines flashiness with utility.
Zwei: I like how he uses his wacky three-handled sword, I dislike just about every other aspect about him.
Leixia: I like how she's damn near identical to her mother and has a ludicrous amount of guard pressure with that tiny little jian she's swinging around. I *HATE* her 1P outfit.
Natsu: I like her attitude, she has infinitely more personality than her mentor(since Taki never had a personality) and I like the speed of her moveset.
Ezio: I like those stun chain combos, I dislike crossbows being borderline useless outside of trolling.
Raphael: Gotta like the style and grace of the moveset. Can't like how every Raph main I've encountered either doesn't actually ever play him(lolol) or is incredibly salty, hmph.
Viola: I like her outfits, but she really needs fill them out better; can't wear things like that if you lack the equipment for it, honey.
Pyrrha: I like her 2P and her wacky, unsafe stepkill strings. Dislike her obsession with destroying people's crotches and eardrums. KYAH!
Siegfried: I like the mixup and keepaway games he's so good at. I dislike his 2P and how he's as arrogant as Pattycakes.
Hilde: I love her style and her 3(A), I dislike that I have no idea how to use her effectively :C
Xiba: I like his 3B/3(B) ~ REM mixup game. I dislike how his personality is contained within a single word.
Ivy: I like her mid/throw mixups and stepkills. I dislike her face.
Cervantes: I like his crazy amount of options to work with. I dislike only his hat being destroyed when his 1P gear is broken.
Aeon: I like the brutality of his moveset. I'm indifferent about everything else he has going for him.
Tira: I like how she's a crazy cluster**** of bad ideas that were made to work, how she's hot(even with less chance of surviving direct sunlight than a vampire ginger), and all the fun stuff her moveset brings to the table. I dislike how her figure doesn't match her artwork :/
Nightmare: I like being able to cruch people into the ground with a giant phallic symbol. I dislike how he has so many bad matchups :/
Mitsurugi: I like that he insults Patsuka with his B+G throw. I just really don't like him overall.
Maxi: I like how he has 12406235206 different stances. I dislike how he has 12406235206 different stances.
Yoshimitsu: I like how bizarre and whimsical he is. I dislike that I have not bothered learning how to fight as or against him yet.
Dampierre: I like how he's such a great troll. I dislike how he can't be customized.
Voldo: I like how he confuses people so easily. I dislike the fact that he's mute.
Astaroth: I like how he gets to literally walk over people. I dislike that he's another character I haven't bothered actually learning.
Alpha Patroklos: I like his style. I dislike how he gets so much damage when his inputs are mastered.
Elysium: I like her CE. I dislike that there are parts of her costume that aren't see-through.
Edge Master: I like being able to change styles every round and having YULAC at my disposal. I dislike him having a monopoly on beards.
Algol: I like his pressure game with his scrubbles. I dislike his lack of basic hygiene.
Kilik: Uhh...I don't think I like anything about him. I dislike how he still doesn't have a personality.
Pyrrha Omega: I like how she lets you stab things. I dislike how she's essentially a counterpick to my main ;_;

"Help! Help! They've destroyed my cousin's brain!! Oh, my god! They've already milked you, haven't they?!!" -- Phoncible P. Bone - Jan 23, 2013 8:10 pm GMTPatroklos: Being a dick main character and being voiced by Yuri Lowenthal makes me think of Luke Fon Fabre (who pulled that off far better) which makes him sort of likeable even though he's actually not, flashy style and being Greek are also bonuses.
Zwei: Badass wolfman who's fun to use and smoking hot. Not fond of how I tend to drop his combos under pressure but that's more me than him.
Leixia: Fun to use / see used, lotsa movement always makes a character interesting.
Natsu: Hate her personality but sharing a name with this guy* and being great troll material (as she's kinda OP in a more relaxed environment) are redeeming factors.

Ezio: He's Ezio! What's not to love! (Wish I could use his style with create-a's though.)
Raphael: Don't care much for Raph but he's kind of charming.
Viola: Yummy outfits, interesting style. (Also, see: Pyrrha)
Pyrrha: I'd hit it like a freight train.
Siegfried: Though typical he's still ****in' badass.
Hilde: Great style, actually a decent strong female. (Also, see: Pyrrha)
Xiba: Totally adorable, actually a good successor / foil to Kilik. (Also, see: Pyrrha)
Ivy: Her style's always intrigued me, no way in hell can I use her though. (Nor do I care for her design.)
Cervantes: Yet again, dig his style.
Aeon: Hey, he's a lizard... That's kinda cool?
Tira: See Pyrrha.
Nightmare: Pretty indifferent to him honestly. I feel like I should have a bigger opinion considering he's the face of the series but eh.
Mitsurugi: MITSU-NOOBI! :O
Maxi: What's to love? What's not to love?
Yoshimitsu: Always good for a laugh and his style is pretty fun.
Dampierre: See Yoshi.
Voldo: See Yoshi.
Astaroth: Grapple characters are always good to have.
Alpha Patroklos: Could never use.
Elysium: Kinda creepy if anything... Whole Patroklos Oedipal complex and all.
Edge Master: Pretty badass, not gonna lie.
Algol: Wish I could use his style with create-a's though.
Kilik: He reached enlightenment, good for him! :O (Though I don't think they know what that means as he probably wouldn't be fighting...)
Pyrrha Omega: Probably wouldn't hit... Though I'll take the outfit and give it to regular Pyrrha... - Jan 23, 2013 8:50 pm GMTTBW4Ever posted...

XBL GT: ReptileAssassin. Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/Emerl18 - Jan 24, 2013 12:07 am GMTPatroklos: Amazing beginner character, super easy combos, good for introducing newcomers. But a total tool and who the heck holds a sword like that and fights with backflip kicks while they're holding a shield?
Pyrrha: Good - Sophie/Cassie catered moveset. Bad - "KYAAAH!" (the move AND the voice.) Stupid timid anime personality.
Natsu: Good - even better version of Taki, moveset wise. Bad - HOLY DAMAGE. Also, much worse version of Taki... umm... err... "personality" wise.
Leixa: Good - flowing style, silly mixups, especially when you're playing a CaS and don't have the voice cues. Bad - irritating, attracts spammers, superkawaiichibidesudesuweaboo.
Xiba: Good - started as a monkey king reference, Kilik moveset for the most part. Bad - changed the button inputs for kilik, added stupid looking moves, incredibly irritating one-dimensional character that is neither like the monkey king nor Kilik.
aPat: Good - Setsuka, basically the opposite of regular Pat. Bad: incredibly hard to learn
oPyrrah (keeps guessing spellings): Same as regular Pyrrha for the most part, slightly less annoying.
Siegfried: Good - mixups, range, actually aged. Bad - damage is not nearly in proportion to ridiculously big sword, slow, got a bit cocky with age but hey he's 5'8'' 154 lbs and carries a 6' sword and killed evil incarnate, give him props.
Tira: Good - very interesting to play, somewhat hot. Bad - Bipolar, would kill you.
Edgemaster: Good - the only character who hasn't changed. Bad - only useful for toying with people in vs.
Kilik: Good - may have had an interesting story. Bad: The mimic thing aint working for me with a few one liners and none of said story.
Elysium: Good: DAT CRITICAL. DAT FIGURE. DAT SOUL CALIBUR. Bad: ANOTHER Mimic.
Maxi: Good - Elvis, Nunchuks. Bad - most button mashed character in the game, randomly stopped aging .
Ivy: Good - probably one of the highest tiers she's been, but in a more balanced game. Also DAYUM. Bad - no more SC IV outfit, yet another immortal, story role was practically fanfic quality and not sure I like the new deep voice. "YAY ME I KNOW ALCHEMY HUZZAH!"
Aeon: Good - firebreathing dragon. Bad: Less like Lizardman AND less like the man named Aeon Calcos... more like Kratos, making everyone mad.
Cervantes: Good - He's still awesome and largely the same as he was in SC I. Bad - He's probably immortal too. At least he looks a /little/ older.
Suddenly I've stopped caring lol... good night.
