@tooki Ok I see what you mean coming from the past games myself... well Tricky and 3 the course are drastically different. Between the obvious jump you have to use the terrain to make up other jumps. I think the rewind adds a lvl of skill not previously needed. If you want to get a really high score then you shouldn't mess up enough to have to rewind. Resetting wouldn't work because it would be too easy. Also it will always reset you to the middle of the course. Say you hit a big jump on the side but missed aimed it and pit-fall. Resting will drop your momentum and you probably won't hit that jump. Also if you rewind you can go back into Tricky. Boosting took some getting used to but it's meant to use when your slipping off the course on an ice turn or on straight away. Knowing when to boots is critical in Races like keeping your combo till the end will get you a massive score different than if you drop it in Trick It events. I think if you spend more time with it, it should grow on you. I'm definitively looking forward to this DLC too!
