Do cheats effect Trophies?

I have heard that Deadly Saber will prevent you from getting level/game completion trophies if you use it against a boss, but you can still get other trophies without penalty. Other than that one, I can confirm that it's definitely okay to use any/all other cheat codes throughout the game and you will still be able to earn trophies.
