Without question, State of Emergency is one of the most violent games to come along in a great while. After a few delays, the game is finally ready for the public. While the game is sure to cause quite a stir just for the extremity of its content, There is a technically proficient and engaging game within. Jeff Gerstmann gives you the full story in this video review.

maybe the graphics were decent for the time but I hate the art direction. One of the ugliest games Ive seen.

This game does get pretty repetitive after a while. Not one of Rockstar's best, but still fun though.

This game is over-rated, don't get me wrong, it's a good game, however considering GTA3 was before this, at least they could of added some more cutscenes or something... the whole game story feels like it's run on text instead of cutscenes. 8.5 is too much.

This was an alright game to kill an hour or two with but after that it gets pretty boring.

Looks like a good way to spend my $3 for a used copy at my local game store. Split screen would be nice as well.
