Just horrible. Not even a "we're working on it" - it'll still piss us off if they did say that because they still did screw up but at least they're acknowledging that something did go wrong (again). Now it's just nothing. That's even more annoying.

They did say they are working on it, on twitter and on capcom unity. They even put it half price on skins. And at the moment, im thinking only EU PSN has got the 12 characters and NA PSN got the alternate skins. I live in AUS and have not gotten the 12 skins for the pre order, so i'm pretty annoyed. But oh well.

Okay the put the skins half price sounds like they want those to pre-order to pay for what they were promised for free. I think this is a bait and switch.

The people that went the refund/re-buy route got the costumes once they re-downloaded the game.
Remember, not all the costumes are free so complaining that they have them on sale makes no sense.

They said they were working on it the first time this happened, and that we get the stuff on November 6th. Then November 6th comes by and still no stuff. They didn't comment on the problem that time. I don't think they've mentioned it again, ever.
