Better yet the digital owners that bought week one don't get the alternate outfits that the retail buyers get. WTF, Capcom?

For me, all the alternative costumes, including the ones for bonus characters, showed up as free on the 30th. (I'm on the download version) Lucky me I guess.

Do you mean the Swaps or the Alternates? The 38 original character SWAPS were glitched to free. The DLC's weren't. The ALTERNATE outfits, meanwhile haven't ever been free for week one buyers.

I bought it day 1 (cart, not download), and got my 38 costumes same day...but i swear, all the costumes and the swaps should have been free and on-disc for the Vita. And though I got my 38 costumes, the 12 ps3 dlc characters are still showing as 19.99 on the psn, leaving me with no reason to dust off my ps3 copy yet. This is like Jill and Shuma in Vita Marvel all over again.

Trust me i am not letting capcom go on this issue i have sent them physical letters, tweeted them, facebooked them, emailed them and now i am trying to force them to mod me on the capcom-unity thread to prove to everyone that they have ignored us.
At this point i don't care if i lose my account over this since i lost all respect for capcom.

So as someone who threw his receipt and voucher slip away after redeeming them thinking I'd never need either again did I screw myself over? I'd hate to not get the dlc characters on my ps3 copy.

Not sure about everyone else but I bought mine digital and now "Street FIghter X Tekken PROMO DLC OFFER" is up for free download. 300kb, it has Alternate Costume Pack for PS3 and Vita (38 characters), and the 12 character DLC for PS3. So apparently it was a week late.Yay.

Just go to the PSN store app on your Vita and download it there? If not that, then just go to the store on your Vita and it should hopefully be there.

It showed up for me in PSN app from home menu->New releases->New SFxTK DLC releases and right at the top was a promo pack.
If not there, look in the tiles, it should be there at the top and click it and make sure it says promo before buying.

I bought it from PSN.
Apparently if you got the cart, go into the in-game store and then check your PSN messages from the home menu, you should get an announcement message with a link to redeem the voucher automatically.

I saw it first from the in-game store, in the Grab Packs section. I checked the Vita's PS Store and it was there, too. Didn't need to search for it. Not sure about physical copies, mine was a digital download.
Does it not show up for everyone who bought it digitally?
