Unlocking titles

I have looked EVERYWHERE for the ways to unlock the first page of titles for this game but can't find them.

I'm not talking about the ones labeled 'Common Titles' you get when you do a character's trials, I mean the ones that say like 'Insomniac' or 'Weekend Warrior'. I've unlocked a ton so far, but if anyone knows of a list of what you need to do to get them, that'd be awesome.

And before anyone says, "You just gotta play the game and you unlock them" - THANK YOU, I was well aware of this.

One last thing, if you can't play as Cole, Kuro, Toro, etc. in arcade mode, them how exactly do you get their gold titles? Thanx!
