The blue and green ! boxes Help!?

Green boxes: Go to the hazy maze world. It doesn't matter what level you choose. Get on Dorrie(the water creature). Get it to travel to the double iron doors to get to a hole. Get into it and complete the obstacle course to get to the switch.
Blue boxes:First, drain the castle moat by ground pounding the 2 pillars in the basement. Then go outside and fall in the hole. You will then enter a secret area. Once you finish the obstacle course, you will be able to hit the switch.
