5 Like The reviewer looked and sounded like he was bored, very unprofessional and had no charisma at all. If you expect people to watch something than make it entertaining. Glad GamesSpot has changed! Anyway this review was crap, SSBM is a 9.5 in my book! I had so many fun times with that game as a kid, takes me right back to my childhood!

who ever is playing these games in the background sucks bunghole cheese. such a great game though. bought it a few years after it came out and thought it was amazing.
Dont really care this review sucked, Just wholly molly.. I can't believe this game is 10 years old.. where does time go? It still feels like yesterday that this game came out. I remember going to walmart for F*&k sakes and getting this game along with the system when it first came out. Makes me feel old.

Just watching the gameplay alone, I can't guarantee he even made it through classic mode once.
I wanna say this guy played this game for maybe 10 hours before he sat down and reviewed the game. The fact that they never gave it anything above an 8.9 is the biggest travesty on this site. I loved this game when it came out and I can honestly say it was the best GC game I owned and still is. If Brawl hadn't come out I would still be playing it today. This game should have gotten a better reviewer from Gamespot than this guy. If you've got a Gamecube and 3 friends that like beating the snot out of each other, this game is for you. I have sunk endless hours into this game with my friends and I hope it'll do the same for many others.
This guy sounds drunk. Anyways, this is by far my favorite Super Smash Bros. game. I have so many memories with it!

Melee pwns Brawl when it comes to soundtrack Adventure mode is fun with all the other minor enemies like redeads its fun watching the Melee men cannot hit mario when they punch adventure mode feels more like classic mode from SSB than Classic mode from SSBM trophy entrances didnt really impress me D: Clones were fun
lol I remember back in the day, I got my Gamecube. It came with this game, and I still sometimes play it today! (although Brawl is better)
Melee is great, and I'll get Brawl for Christmas. . .or I make Honor Roll or Principal's List.
i agree with vj360 i only got the gamecube but now that i have brawl i usally only play that but i like melee is slightly better than brawl cause it has mew2 in it
1 Like I only have Brawl, but I think that the single player mode looks better in Melee than in Brawl.
