How do you unlock the 2nd alt costume?

All the second costumes for the characters returning from Street Fighter IV can be used if previously bought for the original. The third costume (2nd for Super Street Fighter IV exclusive characters) are going to be part of DLCs for $3.99 each or you could wait and pay slightly less for a combo pack later. So only the returning cast have three costumes and the new cast only two.

yes they're 3 costumes one from your previous street Fighter save data and the new one are going to be down loadable content like for $ 3.99 coming to psn and xbox live after the game release
