How to get Evil Ryu?

That's only in the Arcade Edition, you can't get him in Super, so no way of getting him on console

your going to have to wait for either the arcade edition to be released on disc or the 4 confirmed characters-evil ryu,oni akuma,yun and yang-to be avaliable as DLC.ssf4 has 35 characters and AE has 39
