Enemy monster too tough?

How i can beat the enemy like octopus and dragon , humanoid things its easy , but monster are too hard even with my best melee attacker and ranged cant do more damage , only magic do something

Octopus is weak on ground which haven't changed from old version. Lure them to dry land and pound it with everything you have.
As for Golem.. your best bet is bring Blunt weapons, also use magic.
Can't do much about Dragons.. if you have to kill them keep hitting them with special skills and magic. Once you have access to Dragoon, killing monster and dragon will be easy (except golem)
