How to use an item?

In the custom otions u can get the evil eye for kazuya. My question is how do you do the beam? Also what items do u need to have equiped to do it?

Different items require different input to execute and also depend on different character. You can visit tekkenzaibatsu to see the move list for all possible items and corresponding command.

To do his laser you will need to equip the neo glasses not the evil eye, and the command for this is up+square+triangle.

1+3 means square and X ; the interface for the buttons are 1=square, 2=triangle, 3=x, and 4=circle.
