I loved the other Tekken games but this game just dropped the ball. At the start of every multilayer game it shows you the connection strength as x/5. Even with a 4/5 connection strength the multilayer feels sluggish and not seem to respond quickly. This game focuses on juggles which means hitting your opponent in the air before they hit the ground. You can do this as much as 10 times with certain characters. Which leads me to the character selection. You get all characters from the get go and its up to you to figure out which ones are strong, easy to learn, hard to learn, or just impractical. The single player campaign is like a beat-em-up that tries to utilize 3d fighting but really the camera just changes when you start fighting. The regular arcade mode is still there and is fun for about 15 minutes until you beat it, probably by spamming light punch again and again. If you don't like multilayer and want to learn how to do a 10 hit juggle combo get this game!
