Ha ha I like how the enemies just stand there and let you kick their butts. :P Seriously though: I can't wait for this to come out.

I love the way t his game looked, and I really thought they were going to capture more of the comic book feel, but then I see Rhino and Scorpion to help remind me that this MIGHT just be another movie game. To mess up such characters really kind of scares me away.

I'll tell you what though, in response to my own comment...the Bruce Campbell bts video kind of just sold it for me. looks awesome

Since I've been keeping tabs on this game, I'm annoyed at how they are advertising it is a whole new way to free-roam and web swing as spider-man. The various previews have barely mentioned it's similarities or differences to spider-man 2, and not once has anyone even mentioned spider-man 3, which despite the lame movie story tie in (which both the movie and the game butchered) the game play was sick! Don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely stoked to get down and dirty as spidey, but Beenox should give credit where credit is due, and stop trying to make it seem like this is an original idea. And as cool as the web-rush feature looks, the animations look very repetitive and I fear it will get tiresome and annoying to keep pausing your momentum. So I hope they've done something to the menu interface, or to upgrades, or to boss battles, to really hold up to their boasting about this being the best spider-man game to date. And even as cool as the web-swinging looks, what made spider-man 3's web-swinging sweet was how the web had to actually connect to something like people have already mentioned. And again, I hope the swinging and swinging animations aren't as repetitive as the stage-demo has been showing. And from what little wall climbing I've seen, it still doesn't look like they've improved upon the unrealistic gliding I've seen in the past free-roam games. As excited as I am, because Spider-Man's been my favorite since I was old enough to know what sarcasm meant, I'm worried he's going to get a bad review yet again for a movie tie-in game. Don't let us down Beenox!

"A sense of vertigo" - yeah compared to other Beenox titles... I'm once again so dissappointed with the newest Spider-man release. Since Spider-man 2, I've been waiting for the exact same type of game, with that perfectly dynamic web swinging mechanics - and that game had a sense of vertigo like no other title that decade. Please revive THAT style of Spider-man game. All it needed was a little blood and gore to make the game more mature and realistic, and perhaps an updated combat system.

I really like the new free roaming but the fact that the web doesn't attach to buildings is like a spike in my ass!!!! :( I mean look at 00:41 with the new camera and the web rush it would be awesome to make it a little more realistic and difficult at the same time.... but still for me it's a 1st day purchase when it comes out

Look cool to me. The camera isn't too close either, it's one of the selling points. I hated how far away it was in all of the old games.  And, the webrush looks amazing. That feature looks like it will finally give you the freedom to move as fast and as gracefully as, Spidey, himself.  I'll definitely have to pick this one up on it's release day, and I haven't bought a Spider-Man game in yearsss.

excited it great it back to the free roam and back in spideys home even better some times the first was the greatest and they are seeing this. People like the free roam spider mans good to see them listening

the camera is waay to close and he swings on air and come on man, webrush should NOT freeze time, just make the game go slo-mo, not stop it.

the camera looks alright closer in but I'd still like the option to move it out if I choose, must say this games coming along nicely and to see it has xp and unlockable content and nice looking spidey style combat just makes me want it even more than I did after first hearing of this game.

a week to go cant wait to be able to play this game for my self.going to be a fun game.

I liked Spiderman as a kid when they gave us comics and cartooon. Since the movies, I kinde disliked him. But I think I'm gonna love him after this game

Visually it looks amazing, but the camera really sucks, i wish it was like Spider-man 2 (BEST SPIDER-MAN GAME) but with better graphics.
