How to sing tree vocals?

Assuming that you are asking how to sing with "three vocals", all you have to do is hook up 3 microphones and choose the harmonies option. Now that there 3 microphones, 3 people can each sing a different color line. However, some songs will not have 3 vocals as an option and will only allow 1 or 2 vocalists.
