Question about installing Tribunal

    It's been a couple years since I played this, so maybe I'm just forgetting something. However, I've been playing Morrowind on my computer for about a week now, and having gotten fed up with the awful journal system, I decided to install Tribunal. When I then went to play my game, it didn't take any time to sort my quests in the journal. Despite having Tribunal installed, my journal is still a mess of entries. When I go to click "Quests," the menu is empty.

    Is this normal? And if not, does anyone know a way to fix it?
