    Just started playing this game a few weeks ago (bought the double pack with Fallout 3). I've been playing for about 28 hours, but am still at Level One for my Mage. I have a mission I can't complete unless I'm at Level 2. I'm Journeyman or better in almost all of my major skills. Help! Thanks!
