    Ok I saw that there are 3 factions in the game
    Aldmeri Dominion: High Elves, Wood Elves, Khajiit

    Daggerfall Covenant: Bretons, Redguard, Orcs

    Ebonheart Pact: Dark Elves, Nords and Argonians

    Are the Imperials not part of any faction?

    The Imperials are the enemy in this game.  They made a pact with Daedric Prince Molag Bahl to combine their forces with his undead army to conquer Tamriel.
