Can I get back inside the Thalmor place???

I want to kill some more Thalmor... I can't get back in their embassy but I heard of some way I can get in using a horse and a wooden bowl glitch... How do I do that?

I haven't heard anything about that glitch, but if the only reason you want to go back is to kill Thalmor, i think the fort from the quest "Missing in Action" regenerates them even after you clear it.

If you get the wirlwind sprint shout (all 3 of them) then if you stand on a ledge just opposite the cave where you come out and do the shout you should just be bale to get back over to the cave and back inside the embassy.
