Crafting, Stealth, and Magic leveling tips and tricks?

Alchemy, once you craft a potion, if you have the ingredients they will show up in white on the first page. Craft as many that you already know the effects of to quickly increase skill gain.
Stealth, along with sneaking make sure you get sneak attacks, they help.
Lockpicking is commonly near the starting point or near one of the 2 bolts in the corner. Just start trying there until you get wiggle room.
Pickpocketing, you need points in to make it easier. Sleeping targets are the easiest. Also in the Theives guild and the Companions, you can pickpocet them without attack or bounty (at least once you own them).
Speech, any time you sell or buy something it increses, so you can buy/ sell arrows one at a time, or bribe guards (theives).
Hope theses help,. I'm not a smith or mage yet so idk how to help the rest. -
for smithing/alteration magic use transmute ore on iron ore twice to make it gold ore, and then make as many gold rings as you can every time you can run through mines for gold ore and iron ore. It took me about 3 re-spawns of the mines in order to max out my smithing skills and hit level 50 alteration from using that alone. It will also make you a lot of money as the gold rings sell for more then using the iron bars or steel bars to make things would.

Following up on Blodassassin's answer, get the Transmute Ore spell from Halted Stream camp. Turn iron ore into gold ore, then smith "(2) gold rings" a lot. Then just enchant all the rings (even with petty soul gems) with whichever enchantment gives you the highest item value that you know. Sell for profit. You'll end up leveling mining, enchanting, and speechcraft.

I use Muffle constantly, even while walking around in towns, so my Illusion is about 71 or so, and i never use it. To increase restoration, find a fire/spike/frost trap, and keep walking into it until your health gets low, then heal. Sneak is pretty easy, once you know how it works. Fire an arrow pretty far away from you so the "eye" icon open a little while the enemy searches the area where you shot the arrow.. Then move away from the enemy **while still until the eye closes and you are hidden again. if you can do this often enough, your sneak will be 80 by level 25.
