"No One Escapes Cidhna Mine" help?

Have you actually finished the quest? From USEP:

"If you side with Madanach, he gives you all your non-quest items at the exit of the ruin. You will receive all your quest items after Madanach has finished his dialogue with Thonor and started fighting, with the quest completed message on the screen. If you are suspecious if you have run into a glitch of losing quest items, check after this quest is listed as completed."

As for the bounty, I had that too. I paid it off via the Thieves Guild bribe option. You might want to read up on the bugs over at the site I mentioned. It has many possible fixes, good luck!

If you sided with Madanach, you should get everything back. I just finished this quest and all my gear was returned, including quest related items. (I am not sure what happens if you killed Madanach and took his key instead...)

As for the bounty: If you sided with the forsworn, make sure you let them fight their own fight! If you help them kill the guards, you will gain a bounty. I just let them have the fun and just went about my business elsewhere and came out without a bounty. (Again, I am not sure what happens if you killed Madanach and took his key instead...)

If your bounty is high and the quest is complete, go about the normal methods of paying it off. If the quest is not complete, you may run into some fun glitches.

One other point, if you complete the quest and the bounty does not go away (known glitch), I have found you can reset the bounty by finishing 5+ Thieves Guild mini-quests in Markarth and then doing the special mission. This will allow the Thieves Guild to have a presence in Markarth and give you a new option to bribe a guard to pay off your bounty. This seems to have stopped the glitch once and for all for me.

If you did not attack any of the guards you should not have had a bounty you can just fast travel out of there with no problems. As for the quest related items you should have gotten your items back from that one girl.

Reload an old file and kill Madanach. The others won't attack you if you sneak out the door in the Hallway and stay out of their field of vision.
