If you're talking about the super brightness, I bet it's from having both climates of tamriel and realistic lighting together. I had the same issue with the realistic lighting update. Use this one instead.
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13531Also, what facial mod are you using? I couldn't see it on the list.

Thanks! I'll give it a try. Anymore input (if anybody else has any other input or advice or thoughts) I would appreciate it!

Oh ok, I have that one too. The face in your picture looked really good, so I was just wondering if you had a different one.

It's not that, they're 100% compatible as long as you don't use CoT's interior or dungeon lighting.
TC, I think I found your problem. You're also using ELandFX, and you didn't install that version of RLO. Disable, and reinstall that with the ELandFX version.

Well, all I know is that when I installed RLO with climates, my game got extremely bright, just like in his picture. Then when I used the other mod, all was good.

I'm sorry to ask this, but Could you give me the links to those, I'm kind of confused.

That's what you downloaded, yes? When installing it asks if you want the ELnFX version or non-ELnFX version. You went with non, when you shouldn't have.
So I reinstalled and clicked it to work with ELnFX so should I keep ELnFX on too with that? Or just have that on and disable ELnFX

Did you fix your load order? BOSS has been screwy the past day or so.
Should look something like this...
ClimatesOfTamriel.esm
Player Home mods
Unofficial Skyrim Patches
Enhanced Lights and FX.esp
RLO - Illuminated Spells for ELnFX.esp
RLO - Dungeons for ELnFX.esp
RLO - Minor Cities & Towns Interiors for ELnFX.esp
RLO - Major City Interiors for ELnFX.esp
ClimatesOfTamriel - VannillaNights.esp (whatever your lvl is)
ClimatesOfTamriel - Dawnguard Patch.esp

Did you try the suggestion i had of getting rid of RLO and going with ultra realistic lighting instead?
Feb 2, 2013 9:58 am GMT
I've tried all the suggestions so far and nothing has worked, if anybody see's anything in my list that I posted that could be causing the problem, please let me know.

The only other thing I could suggest is to uninstall mods that adjust lighting one at a time while checking to see if it changed anything.
Feb 2, 2013 10:44 am GMT
I just deleted all of them, I'm just going to avoid like anything that isn't just adding locations and stuff. Till I understand how adding graphics stuff works better

I don't think there was any need to uninstall all of the mods, just the ones that have to do with lighting. Then you can add them back one at a time until you see which is causing the issue. Just be sure to run BOSS each time you uninstall or install something so that they're in the right order.
