So much for the promised January release. At this point we'll be lucky if we get it in the first half of February.

It doesn't say that anywhere. They probably got an updated patch, but no where does it say Sony didn't get it at all.

...But if sweetness can win-and it can-then I'll still be here tomorrow to high-five you yesterday, my friend. Peace.

I believe they sent the previous patch version to the consoles for testing; but this is now patch 1.43 not 1.40 it seems.

"We really appreciate the feedback from our Steam Beta. We anticipate the 1.4 update going live this week for all on the PC and being sent to the console manufacturers. The Creation Kit won’t be far behind."

That was yesterday's update. They refer specifically to 1.4, and they say that they anticipate the patch being SENT to console manufacturers THIS week.

So apparently, the 1.4 patch will not be available for weeks STILL.

It does not take WEEKS to get certification. 2 or 3 days at MOST.

It wasn't like that with 1.3 at all IIRC.

    ^^
Not to mention that patches are released when the PSN store is updated. By the time the patch is certed by Sony, the store will have already updated for the week, and itll be ANOTHER week until it's released. Or that's how they always used to do it...

Bottom line is they failed their January deadline for the fans to get this game patched. Watch it still introduce problems like 1.2.

They release patches anytime. Yesterday I woke up and turned on my ps3 and it installed the WWE 12 patch.

I'm not in a hurry for the new patch, i'd rather they throughly tested it and were sure about it first before they sent it out. I don't want to lose all my resistances like before, or something similar.

I heard that if you come here and make a topic about 1.4, Bethesda reads it and pushes it back ANOTHER day. Keep it up and it's never coming out, and only people like me who've had no real problems will be able to enjoy the game.
