Castle Volikhar Problem ):

So I recently just beat dawnguard, by killing harkon as a vampure lord, everyone treats me as their master in the castle now, but ever since I downloaded one of the mods, it seem to have resseted the quest script (I don't even know what that means) so now, whenever I go back to the castle, everyone seems to treat me as if I'm still the neophyte that first came in. is there any way I can set this right somehow?
