    Hey guys, need some assist on Blood on the Ice. I'm a level 30 Listener for the Dark Brotherhood and have killed Shatter-shield and caused her mother to commit suicide. I have been inside the creepy house with the bodies and found the gem and Butcher letters as well. Yet the quest still does not start! I'd rather not go back a bunch of levels just to do one quest so help please?
