Long ranged kill cams

    I have seen people get long ranged kill cams but I never get them with magic or archery, occasionally when I get a kill with archery or magic my game sort of freezes for a few seconds and I can't do anything, it seems like this would be when a kill cam would happen but the view just stays the same for me, any help?
