ok im butthurt (minor spoilers)... my main quest has been broken in every elder

scrolls game since morrowind. in morrowind i got to a point where i killed somebody i wasn't supposed to. in oblivion i got to a part where i couldn't get a dialogue option to appear towards the end of the game. now i'm in the same boat with skyrim. i'm at the part where you have to get an elder scroll for the dragonrend shout. i already did the "discerning the transmundane" quest, so naturally i can't get the guy in winterhold college to tell me anything. im ready to snap my disc in half. bethesda is trolling me i think.

That sucks i had the same problem with morrowind i totally got stuck in the middle of the game and lost interest, but this game i found worked out alot better! I haven't really run into anything i have already completed the game and the only part i had trouble with was when you had to follow the one blade woman to fight a dragon and she kept running off and getting stuck in a bush? I replayed 10x and it kept happening and i had to sit and wait for about an hour and she finally moved?
