OK, let me add clarifications to a couple of these clues, and see if that gives it to somebody...

    1. The people from the Fable did this more conventionally.
    2. Would the Batman theme help you get in the mood? It worked for Homer Simpson.
    3. Raz would have trouble doing this, at least the way we do it. Which would be a shame, because he'd be missing out on something delicious, nutritious, and cheap.
    4. Don't expect the roly-poly heads to wear sweaters or play baseball. Just eat them up. Yum!

    Yep, that's it.

    1. The people from the Fable did this more conventionally.
The first Fable game had a fishing minigame done, you know, from shore using a fishing pole.

    2. Would the Batman theme help you get in the mood? It worked for Homer Simpson.
Thinking of the episode where he sang, "Fishing... nana nana nana nana, fishing!"

    3. Raz would have trouble doing this, at least the way we do it. Which would be a shame, because he'd be missing out on something delicious, nutritious, and cheap.
Raz (from Psychonauts) can't swim because of a water curse.

    4. Don't expect the roly-poly heads to wear sweaters or play baseball. Just eat them up. Yum!
A hint at the "Fish Heads" song.

For the record, the word was "Leader," not fishing. Cultists has converted nearly everyone in Springfield except for Homer. They tried every method they could think of to get him to praise the Leader, but to no avail. Finally, someone replaced the word Batman with Leader, and Homer was all over it. Hence, "Nana nana nana nana Batman... I mean, Leader!"

Again, not a big deal, but I can't let an inaccurate Simpsons reference just waltz by me without snobbishly correcting it.

Umm, that came later. He originally went to the "free retreat" singing it with "fishing", then they later converted him by changing "fishing" to "Leader".

I'm sorry to differ with you sir, but YOU are the caretaker here. I should know. I've always been here.

Enough thread-hijacking, I'll guess: Kodlak Whitemane.

DrFrob is correct about the Simpsons fishing. He ends with "fishing" earlier in the episode and then when they try to brain-wash him they substitute "leader"

also sorry about the thread hijacking but its slow

    That's the one!

    1. One of seven
    - There are seven named NPC werewolves.
    2. Two stand apart; five, together
    - Five comprise The Circle. The other two are found elsewhere.
    3. Fret not over my loss, for I may not be wholly gone.
    - Many have found this individual wandering around long after he shouldn't be.
    4. Some may call this a curse. Me, I call it a blessing.
    - Unlike Kodlak, Skjor embraces his condition.

I see no use for outsiders except to share the blame.
