    It's been a whlie since I've been able to play this game. Last I played, vampiric drain's power was severely reduced when Serana became a follower. Does anyone know if this bug been fixed or is it still an issue?

    As far as I know, it's still present in the game. There are a number of unoficial fixes though. I don't see how it couldn't be a bug.
