    Yeah there's just too many good ones.

    Really lore heavy books that read like a novel;

    The Real Barenziah

    2920 series of 12 books

    The books on the Nightingales, for making me realise that Karliah is a descendant of Barenziah

    I also like the book in skyrim with the picture of a troll on the first page.

    One book I like but can't remember the name of is a short choose your own adventure book. I haven't read recently, but I am fairly sure one ending is to sleep in some inn, but the innkeepers kill you because they are Altmer.

    For all of the questions of 'who would win in a fight, person A or person B,' the only correct answer is Eragon Shadeslayer

    The CYOA book is called "Kolb & the Dragon"

    Anyway my favorites are the Decumus Scotti stories "A Dance in Fire" and "The Argonian Account". Funny as hell and they tell you a lot about Valenwood and Black Marsh respectively.

    I like almost all of the skill books... well really nearly all the books are good. One of my favorite parts of TES games is the books.

    That said, Ruins of Kelim-ze (sp) was always one of my favorites.

    It's unlikely. Several facts don't match up, and the authenticity (and trustworthiness) of the author is suspect.

    I have made it a creed to read every skill book I come across on the spot, not counting entries in a series.

    Most of those books are amazing. "The Mirror" comes to mind. "Hallgerd's Tale" is great.

    The best part about skill books, though, is that they actually provide some knowledge about the skill. Like, if I were a sword and shield warrior, I'd learn some cool stuff from reading "The Mirror".
