The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the fifth entry in the magnificent Medieval game franchise. Building upon key elements from Oblivion, Skyrim brings it's own innovate feel into the franchise. You play as.... Well whoever you want. You can choose from seven different factions each with their own special ability the can only be used once a day. You are the dragonborn, a man/woman born to slay the evil dragon overlord Alduin. You begin your quest on the chopping block narrowly avoiding death. You then travel across Skyrim on your quest to take this magnificent land from the dragons. Skyrim is beautiful to look at and the AI is flawless. They interact amazingly with each other and almost all characters you can learn about and do small quests for. The campaign in all is only about 7 hours long and isn't too difficult, but there are hundreds of side quests spanning from, random people in the street in need of aid, bounty on a dragon or even a mysterious letter/object that needs to be returned. Thhere are also the side factions like the Companions. They each have their own mini storyline. Mainly enjoyable presenting interesting weapons and powers but the best of these is by far the Dark Brotherhood questline, where you play as an assassin out to kill the Emporer of Tamriel. A few twists and turns in these quests but none too confusing. The world is magnificent to look at and there are hundreds of dungeons and caves loaded with the undead just waiting for you to fall into their trap. All in all this is a fantastic game, with fantastic visuals and amazing questlines.
Visuals - 10/10. The world of Skyrim is Magnificent to look at and is loaded with eerie dungeons and stunning cities that allows you just to stop and look around this massive land and be amazed at how real it looks.
Audio - 9.5/10. A terrific cast of actors adds to the authenticity of Skyrim but with a few minor audio bugs like when you decapitate someone and they are still talking as their head rolls across the ground are none too distracting but can be quite frequent.
Gameplay - 9.5/10. The combat system in Skyrim is magnificent allowing you to dual wield anything wether it be magic and a shield or a sword and a dagger. Although the fluenticity of the game can be stopped short with a long loadin time or an area of the map that makes you stuck and unable to fast travel.
Campaign - 10/10. A terrific campaign that intrigues all players into the magical world of Skyrim and a S**t load of side quests to keep you intrigued long after the end of the Main Quest.

Skyrim is one of those games that in order to describe it, you'd have to use it's own title. Skyrim is...skyrim.
