After a year of complaints from fans, Bethesda has refused to address the issue of the hard coded key binds overriding user defined key bindings. Complete development failure. Extremely annoying key binding issues plague the game, it does not deserve a 9, it is junk. It is understandable to have bugs that take time to fix, but after over a full year of disregarding paid customers, Bethesda has made it clear "We do not care how buggy our game is. You paid us and that is all we wanted." Complain till you are blue in the face, Skyrim remains broken and in another year it will still be broken, because they already made their money and have turned their attention to other games - do not trust them! Be very careful before purchasing a Bethesda title if you are annoyed by keyboard bugs, this company is not one to play with.
