I need help with the Dominator quest from the guild?

As soon as you enter, turn left and keep going. Eventually you will cross a stone bridge with 2 birds on (You can see Dominator from here if he has spawned). If not, just exit back to the map and keep trying.
His location is after the bridge with two birds on and on the first turning off to the right (Where two spiders are).

It's a random occurance. Just leave the area and come back. It'll eventually show up.
