The Losing Game

I've been playing the xbox 360 version for so long, now I bought the pc version.
Been playing it for hours now. My question is : I just accept "The Losing Game" quest and there is no Grand Bettle or spirit Lord on the Sandsea, only Terapest and other monster. Is this a glitch or I am missing something on the PC version?

The spawn patterns can vary, but the required monster is always there when the quest is active (you will suspend it if you leave the area). It's a Grand Beetle on the west side of the map. There should be something of a valley and one of the markers from the quest "The Silent Soul" around the same point. If anything, look for the Grand Beetle that's sitting kinda weird (legs kinda splayed).
