Hiding the Skills tooltip?

I don't know of a way to hide them completely but you can delay them.
1) Login, select character, and enter Middle Earth
2) Hit Esc to load system menu, choose Options
3) Choose UI settings, and scroll down to Tooltips settings
4) The first setting is tool tip delay, which is defaulted to 0.0. I usually set it to 0.3 or 0.4.
Also, the second checkbox in this section will cause all tooltips to appear at the top center of the screen instead of next to your mouse pointer.
