How do you delete a wall?

Go to Build & Buy mode, press triangle, choose the sledgehammer tool. Go to highlight the wall you need to delete, and press X. You can drag if you need to delete several walls. Keep in mind, this does give you Simoleons back for your walls.

It's actually easier to just click on wall and expand or decrease then destroying it.

...and then there's your third option. Try calling for 'Services' via a phone. You then choose 'Triple H' under the list of services available and your problem's solved. Forewarning, though, your insurance WILL NOT reimburse you for any other miscellaneous accidental property damages. *holds back a laugh*
