Why is my game messing up when i click on the relationship tab?

when it first started i used a cheat to help me become friends with someone but since i couldn't fix it i deleted that family. what happens is all the Sims are selected but only one Sims info shows up and i cant control the other Sims. Now every time i click on the relationship tab in any game/family it does it. it still does it when i don't use cheats please help me fix this problem, thank you.
