I have played twice now and each time I have either quit or died and both times I have no save game to reload. I have deleted and reinstalled but that didn't work. Any suggestions for a fix?

According to that article, this problem only happens when you try to play the game on a different Xbox than the one you downloaded the game onto. Was that the case with you?

Just found out about this today when i want to replay my game but on my 2nd xbox which is in my room.

I was trying to play it in the second xbox we have, not the one i originally downloaded it on. Signing out then in again worked.

Im having the same problem, though its on the 360 i bought the game on, my internet was out for a day, does that have something to do with it?

Run the game, press start when it tells you to, then A. At the main menu where you can select PLAY, DOWNLOAD, etc you press the XBOX button and then X to sign out. It will immediately bring up a SIGN IN? request where you select SIGN IN and then select your profile. Once signed in it will wait for you to press A to bring you back to the title screen.
This time when you press start it will ask you what device to use for saving. That's how you know it worked. You are good to go!
Unless you want to play episode 2...
To play downloaded episodes you now need to select PLAY, then your save file to use, then EPISODE 2. When you pick episode 2 it will bring you to a screen that shoes all 5 episodes and which ones you have purchased or are coming soon. Select GET for episode 2 and press A. It will bring up the XBLA download screen where you can confirm your purchase (0 points used) and it will add the episode to active downloads. 5 seconds later it beeps and it is done (you don't need to download it again if it's there already, it just checks for permissions I think). Not it will show episode 2 installed and you can play it.
I hope when episode 3 comes out I don't have to do this for every episode every time I play.
