The Bottom Line:
"Surprisingly good"
I can't wait for episode 2. This game did the Walking Dead right. Fantastic character development. I really got to know and like these people..I could feel their pain and anguish. I hated to have to make choices, but it was very fulfilling from a gameplay point of view. The moral choice system is excellent. The voice acting superb. The comic book graphics worked for me. I really like the fact that this was a serious game..not a Dead Rising, Left for Dead type kill fest, but a slow, character centered mature game. Lee is an excellent protagonist. Clementine is easy to want to protect. It was good to see some known charcters from the comics (an TV show) make appearances. The puzzles are interesting and the "combat" while rudimentary is very satisfying when accomplished. Bring on Episode 2!
