I'm really starting to hate Kenny *spoilers*

That's what throws me about episode 2. He's calmly and passively explaining how Larry is dead and is going to turn, while Lilly is just a screaming, sobbing, irrational mess, and yet people make Kenny out to be the incomprehensible bad guy.
Um, her dad just had a heart attack and could be dying and there's a guy talking about smashing his head in. I wouldn't want to meet the person who is calm and collected in that situation.
And being calm and passively explaining something doesn't mean he was being rational. It doesn't take 2 seconds to turn, they could have tried CPR first and if that didn't bring him back, feel free to kill him.
"Could be dying?" Guy, his heart already stopped beating. CPR would be a VERY temporary solution in the very best case scenario. Face it- he was dead.
You're right, they don't turn immediately. But they still turn sooner rather than later, and fact of the matter is, Kenny didn't want to wait until Larry was groaning and clawing for Clementine before offing him. I truly cannot disagree with him in this situation.

Lilly isn't a trained EMT. It's entirely possible for someone's pulse to get so low that some untrained person couldn't find it. So no, it wasn't a fact that he was dead. If you did 4 compressions before Kenny killed Larry, you would see his lips move. Seems more likely that he was alive and CPR could have brought him back.
I'm not saying I entirely disagree with him, but he was definitely the more irrational in this situation. There was still time.

This is all of course ignoring the fact that- why should Larry even be saved in the first place?
This is the guy who wanted to kill Duck despite having no signs of being bitten, who actually attacked Lee and left him to die in the pharmacy after getting the medicine to save his life, sought to use and exploit Lee's origin whenever it suited him, and of course, ignored Lilly's own pleas and advice to calm down lest he work up his heart, thus resulting in the entire situation in the first place.
Larry was a far bigger threat to the group than Kenny could ever DREAM of being.

Can't disagree with that. Larry had a negative impact on the group, and even if you killed him with kindness, he still treated you like crap.
But I don't think that's reason enough to basically kill somebody. We were part of a group, and losing one didn't feel right, even if he was a d-bag.

Yeah, I saved Kenny's ass multiple times now, and yet he didn't even bother helping me when I was stuck under that door at the very beginning of Episode 3? That's why I gave him a good beating later on. Now with his wife and kid gone, there's no reason for me to save him again...

I actually like Kenny, though that's because I've been on his side throughout the entire game so far. It's a bit annoying when he gripes that I didn't try to throttle Larry back in the store instead of trying to defuse the situation, but other than that, he's been a pretty good friend. He even forgave me for not telling him Lee's a murderer since I accidentally started the bandit raid before I could talk to Carley.
