She stole our RV, but I'm wondering if I'll see her again since Lee really didn't have any beef with her. Maybe she'll drive by and rescue Lee and Clem as they are about to be cornered by a hoard of zomb's.

Honestly I wonder if they WILL bring her back eventually. Maybe not this 'season' but during the next 5 episodes they dish out. Her fate was left ambiguous as far as I can tell in the comics.

Kirkman himself said he isn't going back to her or her group ever and that you should just assume they died or something. Telltale could do something with them, but that would require timing everything with the comic's timeline.

Well, after Rick's group left, the walkers were all swarming through the holes created by Governor's vehicles, and the whole scene ended with seeing the Governor's group being overrun.
I'm quite certain they are all dead, Lilly included. Woodbury is likely nothing more than women and children.
